End User License Agreement

1. License grant

Subject to this agreement, Rahman Mubarok grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use LocnLock for personal and commercial purposes. Licenses are obtained through the Microsoft Store: the purchase is governed by the Microsoft Store Terms of Sale, use of the software is governed by this agreement, and the number of devices and installations is determined by the Microsoft Store, not by a separate seat count.

Organizations should acquire LocnLock through the Microsoft Store in accordance with its terms. Commercial use includes internal work, employment, freelance projects, and client work, subject to the restrictions below.

2. Restrictions

Unless applicable law expressly permits it, the user may not:

• Resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or otherwise commercialize LocnLock.
• Redistribute LocnLock outside the Microsoft Store, or share copies obtained from the Store with another person.
• Provide LocnLock itself as a hosted, managed, bureau, or similar service for customers.
• Remove proprietary notices or claim the software as their own product.

3. Updates and platform support

LocnLock is distributed through the Microsoft Store, which delivers any updates published for this version. A future major version may be offered as a separate paid app or upgrade. Windows is the current distribution target via the Microsoft Store; macOS is planned for later via the Mac App Store, with no committed release date.

4. Data, security, and backups

LocnLock stores data locally. Users are responsible for device access, master passwords, Recovery Keys, backup copies, and exported plaintext files. Project names, entry keys, values, and notes, all account fields, secure notes, and saved links and files are encrypted; structural metadata — such as environment labels, the sensitive flag, display order, timestamps, relationships, per-project feature settings, and stored file sizes — remains plaintext.

5. Termination and legal terms

This license ends automatically if you materially breach this agreement. On termination you must stop using the software and delete your copies. Your vault files, backups, and exports are your own data and remain yours; termination never obliges you to destroy your data. Sections 2 and 4 and this section survive termination.

LocnLock is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rahman Mubarok disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and does not warrant that the software will be uninterrupted or error-free or that it satisfies any particular security or compliance requirement. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, total aggregate liability under this agreement is limited to the amount you paid for the software, and Rahman Mubarok is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages or for loss of data — including loss caused by a forgotten master password, a lost Recovery Key, missing backups, or exported plaintext files, which section 4 places in your care. Nothing in this agreement reduces mandatory consumer rights you hold in the country where you live.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without prejudice to mandatory rules of the country where you live. Your purchase itself remains governed by the Microsoft Store Terms of Sale (and, for a future macOS edition, the Mac App Store terms). For copies installed from the Microsoft Store, this agreement supplements the license terms the Store attaches to the app; if they conflict for such an installation, the Store's license terms prevail.
