Refund Policy
Effective: 3 July 2026
1. Purchases through the Microsoft Store
LocnLock is sold and delivered through the Microsoft Store. All purchases, billing, and refunds are handled by Microsoft under the Microsoft Store Terms of Sale and the Microsoft Store refund policy. Rahman Mubarok does not process payments or issue refunds directly.
2. Requesting a refund
To request a refund, use your Microsoft account order history or the Microsoft Store refund process. Refund eligibility, time limits, and processing are determined by Microsoft. Any mandatory statutory rights that apply to you in Republic of Indonesia are unaffected by this policy.
3. Keep secrets out of requests
A refund or support request should never include vault files, master
passwords, tokens, exported .env secrets, or other sensitive data.
LocnLock stores data locally and cannot access it to assist with a request.
